Bill added key responsibilities in 2016 when he was promoted to Global President, Diversified Agencies, which expanded his mandate to include driving key practice areas and disciplines, including data, analytics, health and media, as well as fostering overall growth across all Worldgroup agencies and geographies. At the same time, he continues in his top Commonwealth//McCann and MRM//McCann positions.
Global Chief Strategy Officer
As the Global Chief Strategy Officer of McCann Worldgroup, Suzanne is responsible for the strategic development of the company and its clients across all brands and regions. This encompasses worldwide leadership of strategic talent and resources, as well as the competencies that drive idea development for creative solutions across all platforms. Included in this is the Truth Central community, the global proprietary intelligence unit dedicated to discovering the macro level truths that drive new opportunities for our brands. Under her leadership, McCann has consistently been ranked as a top 3 network globally in the EFFIE awards honoring communications effectiveness and, most recently, has been recognized as a top 5 strategic network by WARC.

Nannette LaFond-Dufour joined the McCann L’Oréal Beauty Team as President in June 2012. The Beauty Team, a global business unit dedicated to L’Oréal, is McCann's network of over 600 beauty specialists in 70+ markets that service L’Oréal Paris. It’s a community of talent from every discipline who share a deep and passionate understanding of beauty communication in all its facets. The Beauty Team works collaboratively and seamlessly across L’Oréal’s global markets.

John, who is a Global Executive Creative Director, expanded his responsibilities in 2016 to become President of McCann Worldgroup’s Global Creative Council. In this dual role, he provides creative leadership across McCann’s global brands, and works closely with McCann’s creative and strategic leaders across all markets.

Gary joined McCann Worldgroup in September 2006 as Worldwide CFO and oversaw the financial health of the company as it returned to competitive strength. After a two-year hiatus (during which time he was President and owner of AdMoney, a financial consultancy to the ad industry, and then later as a CFO of a global digital media company) he returned to Worldgroup in January 2013.

Middle East Communications Network (MCN)
As Group CEO of the Middle East Communications Network (MCN), Ghassan Harfouche leads McCann Worldgroup’s Middle East & North Africa network encompassing 14 different advertising, media and PR agency brands in 15 cities across 13 countries. In this role, he is responsible for developing and driving the vision and strategy of MCN, identifying new growth opportunities in the region, and enhancing integration between the various operating companies of the group, including both McCann Worldgroup and other Interpublic units.

Charles Cadell moved to Singapore in early 2011 to join McCann Worldgroup and oversee a region that has some of the fastest-growing markets in the world, and one that he has become very familiar with during the last two decades that he has been working across the Asia Pacific region. In 2016, he relocated his base to take on additional responsibilities as president and CEO of McCann Worldgroup Japan in addition to his role as President of McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific.

As President of McCann Worldgroup Europe, Pablo Walker leads a region that includes a broad range of multidisciplinary communications capabilities delivered across 44 countries in 38 languages. Prior to assuming this position in 2014, he was President of McCann Worldgroup Latin America & Caribbean, another of McCann’s major regions working with leading global, regional, and local clients.

As President of McCann Worldgroup Latin America & Caribbean. Fernando Fascioli leads a region that encompasses 27 offices in 21 countries operating in seven different marketing communications disciplines. He has worked at McCann in the region for two decades, including having served as CEO of two of its leading country agencies.
Maria Politis Moutsatsos
Maria Politis Moutsatsos assumed the role General Counsel of McCann Worldgroup, a new position within the company, in November of 2014. She previously had served as legal counsel to McCann New York.

As President of ChaseDesign, Martin works with national and multi-national clients on design strategy and business growth.
