As Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of McCann Worldgroup, Harris Diamond leads a multidisciplinary marketing services organization that creates communications solutions for many companies and brands around the world. Luca Lindner was promoted in 2013 to his position as President of McCann Worldgroup, bringing his operational expertise in multinational network communications to help align global resources and talent around the world. As the Global Chief Strategy Officer of McCann Worldgroup, Suzanne is responsible for the strategic development of the company and its clients across all brands and regions. This encompasses worldwide leadership of strategic talent and resources, as well as the competencies that drive idea development for creative solutions across all platforms. Included in this is the Truth Central community, the global proprietary intelligence unit dedicated to discovering the macro level truths that drive new opportunities for our brands. Under her leadership, McCann has consistently been ranked as a top 3 network globally in the EFFIE awards honoring communications effectiveness and, most recently, has been recognized as a top 5 strategic network by WARC.

Gary joined McCann Worldgroup in September 2006 as Worldwide CFO and oversaw the financial health of the company as it returned to competitive strength. After a two-year hiatus (during which time he was President and owner of AdMoney, a financial consultancy to the ad industry, and then later as a CFO of a global digital media company) he returned to Worldgroup in January 2013.

Nannette LaFond-Dufour joined the McCann L’Oréal Beauty Team as President in June 2012. The Beauty Team, a global business unit dedicated to L’Oréal, is McCann's network of over 600 beauty specialists in 70+ markets that service L’Oréal Paris. It’s a community of talent from every discipline who share a deep and passionate understanding of beauty communication in all its facets. The Beauty Team works collaboratively and seamlessly across L’Oréal’s global markets.
Middle East Communications Network (MCN)
As Group CEO of the Middle East Communications Network (MCN), Ghassan Harfouche leads McCann Worldgroup’s Middle East & North Africa network encompassing 14 different advertising, media and PR agency brands in 15 cities across 13 countries. In this role, he is responsible for developing and driving the vision and strategy of MCN, identifying new growth opportunities in the region, and enhancing integration between the various operating companies of the group, including both McCann Worldgroup and other Interpublic units.

Maria Politis Moutsatsos is General Counsel of McCann Worldgroup. She assumed this role, a new position within the company, in November of 2014.

Joe joined McCann Worldgroup in April 2010 as Chief Talent Officer, after serving a similar role at Interpublic Group's Mediabrands. His McCann Worldgroup responsibilities include global recruitment, career development, deployment and compensation, and acting as a steward of organizational culture and collaborative vision, including overseeing Worldgroup's global training and development program.

Linus Karlsson is one of the advertising industry’s most respected and honored creative executives. He joined Commonwealth//McCann, the global business division of McCann Worldgroup that serves the General Motors Chevrolet brand, as Creative Chairman in 2014. Prior to that he served as Chief Creative Officer Global Brands and Chairman of McCann New York and London since 2011.

Kate began her marketing communications career in 1992 in her native Canada working on the Procter & Gamble account at Grey Canada. In 1994 she moved to Cossette Communications Marketing, Toronto, where she developed integrated communications solutions for accounts across diverse sectors such as retail, financial services and telecom. It also led to her entry into automotive marketing. In 2004, she was promoted at Cossette to VP, National Business Leader, with responsibility for a range of accounts, including General Motors of Canada Ltd, Shoppers Drug Mart, the Ontario Lottery Corporation, and Petro-Canada.
Devika Bulchandani is President of McCann XBC (ExtraBoldCondensed), a post she assumed in 2014. For the previous two years she had been Chief Strategy Officer of McCann XBC, McCann Worldgroup’s agency dedicated to MasterCard, and Managing Director of Global Strategy of McCann.
